Recipe: Kimchi Rice Rolls

Cooking the rice: - 1 cup brown rice (soaked overnight) - 2 tbs flaxseed - 1 1/4 cup water Add altogether then cook in a pressure cooker.
Flavouring the rice: 1. Squeeze a handful of Mrs Oh’s broccoli kimchi then chop in to small pieces. 2. Mix chopped broccoli kimchi together with cooked rice and add sesame oil with a little bit of soy sauce in a bowl. 3. Wet a sheet of rice paper by dipping in water. 4. Add broccoli kimchi rice as filling and make a roll using the rice paper (or steamed cabbage).
Delicious and very convenient for a lunch time meal 🤗
