Hello!

My name is Seon, pronounced like the 'sun', and I am delighted to proudly serve my fermented foods with you.
​

In both my professional and personal life, I have become keenly aware of the influence that health has on our ability to reach our full potential. After more than 30 years as a clinical nursing practitioner in South Korea and Australia, I sought to find a way and continue contributing to community health.

​

With increasing awareness of the benefits of consuming healthy fermented foods and the significance of gut health, I recognised an opportunity to share the traditional Korean fermentation techniques that have been passed down through generations in our family.

​

Our family created a company in South Australia to share my passion for understanding the healing properties of food.

 

Every product we develop at Mrs. Oh Fermentation embodies our mission to offer high-quality, healthy food products while embracing the philosophy that 'food is medicine.' By providing flavorful and nutritious food choices, we aim to make a meaningful and sustainable contribution.
