My name is Seon (pronounced like the 'sun').

​For over 30 years, I embraced the journey of a clinical nursing practitioner in South Korea & Australia.

From both my professional and personal experiences, I have become highly aware of how health impacts our ability to achieve our life's potential.

Today, I embrace the belief that 'food is medicine' and I am on a mission to serve my community with fermented foods and my passion for health. I strive to make a positive impact.
